Register Spa, part of teamblue is looking for a FIRST LEVEL TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST to add to our Customer Care team.
Role
• Managing customer requests by phone, email and chat
• Supporting customer requests regarding domains, hosting, email and connectivity
• Customer Care data analysis and reporting
• Net promoter score system
• Use of customer support tools and business intelligence
Requisition
• Diploma of Technical Institute or equivalent
• Good attitude for problem solving and direct contact with the customer
• Basic knowledge of connectivity
• Good expressive and synthesis skills and a good language property
• Basic knowledge of English
• Team working skills
• Commercial attitude
