We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Specialist to be integrated into our Team located in Bergamo.
The successful candidate will work with the Customer Care team and will be in charge to reply to our customer by phone, email and chat.
• Managing customer requests by phone, email and chat
• Supporting customer requests regarding domains, hosting, email and connectivity
• Customer Care data analysis and reporting
• Net promoter score system
• Use of customer support tools and business intelligence
• Diploma of Technical Institute or equivalent
• Good aptitude for problem solving and direct contact with the customer
• Basic knowledge of connectivity
• Good expressive and synthesis skills and a good language property
• Basic knowledge of English
• Team working skills
• Commercial attitude
